Best method of buying a used guitar in Osaka? Online?

Looking for an acoustic guitar for beginners near Osaka, Japan. Price range (10000-30000 Yen). Dimensions – enjoy it if I could use to store / new store recommendations … links to more online stores would be great! thank you! I'm sorry but I just arrived in Japan a week ago and can not read kanji – and we not a Japanese newspaper to read ads yet – I found a used guitar store near the Shin Osaka station, but it was really Cheap stuff – Martins etc … He could not talk to me other guitar stores used to be … Is there an online site like eBay, which is Japan specific – where guitars can be purchased? I could not find any on ebay.com expedition to Japan! Perhaps an error on my part. BTW, thank you for the advice get a Yamaha! (I am not a user level 2 yet, so I have not given the thumbs!)
