Is it time to release Bonifacio?
I tried to exchange it because I thought it would not last, but I could not find a buyer. The only reason I still have him, because I think the Florida Marlins line-up is doing an excellent and now I have to believe that being the everyday third basemen, he could do well all season, but I'm not sure this is wishful piles. Should I keep or pick-up one of these free agent third basemen Brian Barden, Chase Headley, Ian Stewart, Russell Branyan, Casey Blake, Josh Fields, Mark Reynolds, Mark Teahen, or Joe Thurston. The only problem I have with one of these guys is Barden and Thurston are fighting for first place while Troy Glaus 3B retrieves and Ian Stewart does not seem to be able to get a spot everyday. How do I keep or regain one of those guys?
I let Bonifacio for Teahan. 99% of teams Bonifacios miss first 2 games with 90% of its production came. Ian Stewart is very strong and they began to use him in the field outside. Teahan or Stewart is certainly more valuable long-term
