The Soft Bulletin "by The Flaming Lips

Why:
It was the first album to fully harness the commercial spirit of the band
It set the groundwork for their amazing live shows
Songs like "Waiting For Superman ',' Race For The Spark price "and that" Bled "

They may be best known for his spectacular live performances with Wayne Coyne running through the crowd in a giant bubble, Fancy dress costumes, puppets and much more, but the album contains everything that is great about The Flaming Lips.

Introduction Race to the opening track "for the price" immediately inform you that something special will happen, the number of small and crashing Gong then immediately gives way to a track is almost too positive to imagine. Wayne Coyne May sound like Kermit the Frog on acid but as a lyricist and straw man, he is second to none.

Daydream Nation by Sonic Youth

Why:
Perhaps the most accessible album
Interactions voice of Kim and Thurston
It retains all the guitar fuzz that Sonic Youth are known and loved for
Songs like "Teenage Riot, 'Candle' and 'Silver Rocket. "

There was an increase in "Do not Look Back series of concerts where the band plays a classic album their history. In some cases, you've been wondering why an album was held in regards as to be dragged again years later, but this can not be said of "Daydream Nation".

Opening title 'Teenage Riot' sets the tone with its beat high and the filth and noise and confusion did not really give the rest of the album. It's not often that all magazines have the same opinion on indie rock, but there seems to be universal acclaim for 'Daydream Nation' and has captured the true genius of Sonic Youth. Sometimes their albums have been uneven and perhaps too experimental for some ears, but this 1988 version, they got it exactly right.

The Queen is Dead 'by The Smiths

Why:
The album features Morrissey at his most humorous
Johnny Marr began to show his true talent on guitar
Brings together many different styles in a coherent record
Songs like 'I Know its Over, Cemetery Gates "and" There Is A Light That Never Goes Out'

For some, The Smiths will be the perfect model of an indie band such was the combination of intelligent lyrics and popular circles. It is fair to say that most of the emphasis falls on Morrissey but Johnny Marr presented a defined guitar Jangle which goes a long way to influencing the entire Britpop era.

'The Queen is Dead album has a scratch largely humor running through it and it stands as a strong argument for people who say that music is independent po-faced and afraid to have fun. Morrissey May itself as being pretentious at times, but tracks like 'Frankly Mr Vicar Shankly "and" a tutu 'indicated he could enjoy a laugh with the best of them.

"Rings Around The World "by Super Furry Animals

Why:
Album was their biggest and most ambitious to date
He highlighted both their influences
It was Paul McCartney and John Cale therein
Songs like 'jack Juxtapozed Wit the respectable' and 'U'

Welsh indie wizards Super Furry Animals have always been considered an innovative and adventurous band but this 2001 release introduced the group to their most "out there". With not much emphasis on their past techno, this album crosses the gap between indie rock and classic years 60 of the Beach Boys without effort. They never really managed to equal this masterpiece, but they have created a large number of albums since.

Funeral 'by Arcade Fire

Why:
The wide range of instruments on show
Really powerful song, emotionally and musically
Fantastic percussion and rhythm sections
Songs like "Wake Up Rebellion," "Power Out" and "(Lies)"

They snatched one of the hardest tricks in music, namely writing an album about death and changes making it even sounds like the album The most exciting of the year. There was a booth a few singles from this record, but collectively, it has worked hard and still stands up to repeated plays today.

Follow-up album "Neon Bible 'took the band to a higher level and you can see compete with U2 and REM, in a few years if they continue this upwards trajectory but "Funeral" album remains a must hear any person named on the declarations grandiose and classical songs.

This guy is a joke. Monster Guitarist Randall Padilla is our current worlds fastest guitarist at 23.5 notes per second, not this hack! Who does this clown think he is with the smug look and drama?

    WHAT BPM IS HE PLAYING?

WHAT BPM IS HE PLAYING? We will never know because the video is poor quality and he plays no discernible subdivision of the beat. How many notes per second is he playing? We again will never know as he has nothing to compare it to. At least Della Vega and Padilla had enough common sense to play WITH a metronome.

This guy is a joke. He is no where near Della Vega or Randall Padilla.

    Please already.
