What are the different models of electric guitar?
Designs, in different guises in the form, does not mean anything on the wood, pick-ups, etc. How are there and what are their names? The most common is that I see a kinda like a U shape, and people generally call that Leo Fender and Les Paul came out with. Thus, many forms of bodies out there today can be found on the Stratocaster, the Telecaster and the Les Paul. Gibson has revealed they are very radical designs in the late 50's / early 60's that would be taken later. The Flying V and Exporer were far ahead on their time. They also assumed out with a guitar called the Modern, but each person has actually seen a production model of the original (although Billy Gibbons is rumored to have one). BC Rich probably come out with "more" metal guitar design than any other company. The Mockingbird is inspired Stratocaster body, but from The The BC Rich Bich (which was originally a 10 string guitar), they had some forms fast enough. Other forms of BC Rich were Ironbird and the beast. Guitars Dean shook things up in the 70s with their form ML (most closely associated with Dimebag Darrell). This form, however, was a combination of the Gibson Flying V and Explorer. There are hundreds of shapes Out There (we not even mentioned workshops customization), and as many names to go with them. But 90% of all forms there can be traced back to the Start, Tele and Les Paul. Greetings from Austin, TX Ken
